-Do not drink alcohol or smoke before bedtime.
-Avoid caffeinated beverages.
-If you are tired, go to bed immediately.
-Relax yourself before going to bed, such as listening to music, reading a book.
-Change the sleeping position to lying on your side or on your stomach instead of lying on your back.
-Exercise regularly, but should not exercise before bedtime.
-Keep the room well ventilated and use an eye mask. or blackout curtains to prevent outside light from disturbing when sleeping.

 

      Sleepiness is a mild symptom, but it should not be overlooked as it is an indirect sign that our body needs better rest. Therefore, when we have symptoms of nightmares, we should adjust our sleeping habits as the best solution besides visiting a doctor.
